Mullite ceramic tubes is made of 60% Al2O3 +38% SiO2 material. Mullite ceramic tubes can be used up to temperatures to 1500ºC in both oxidizing and reduce atmospheres, which has better thermo conductivity and provides better temperature uniformity compared with quartz tubes, it has strong thermal shock stability and long working life.
1) Great mechanical strength
2) High softening temperature
3) Good resistance to thermal impact
4) Small thermal expansion coefficient
5) Good chill and abrupt heat properties
6) Resistance to acid and alkali corrosion
